Embarking on an epic journey in Chronicles of Veldoria, players delve into a captivating top-down, turn-based RPG adventure made in RPG Maker MV. The game revolves around the heroic duo, Elizabeth and Alex, who set forth on a perilous quest to vanquish the malevolent ogre Muk, whose dark presence threatens the lands they cherish.

To achieve their daunting goal, Elizabeth and Alex, accompanied by their loyal companions , must traverse through four distinct regions, each teeming with unique challenges and formidable foes. In a surprising twist of fate, their initial quest to defeat the Ogre Muk leads them to discover that an even greater destiny awaits them.

Throughout their journey, the protagonists encounter six mighty elemental bosses in each land, representing the powerful forces of nature. As they progress, they stumble upon various monsters who are willing to join their cause and lend their strength as loyal spirits. Players have the option to recruit these spirits into their party, granting them formidable abilities that will aid in the ultimate battle against Muk. However, the recruitment process remains entirely optional, allowing players to tackle the game without relying on these supernatural allies.

Chronicles of Veldoria presents players with a challenging, yet immensely rewarding experience. As the party triumphs over obstacles and adversaries, they grow stronger, acquiring new skills and enhancing their combat prowess. The thrill of exploring new territories is further heightened by the discovery of valuable weapons and armor, empowering the characters to push their limits and reach unparalleled heights of power.

In this gripping tale of heroism and camaraderie, players assume the roles of Elizabeth or Alex, each with their unique strengths and abilities, as they embark on a journey that will test their courage, intelligence, and determination. Uniting with Sara and Greg, they form a cohesive team, their bond growing stronger with every step taken, ready to face the challenges ahead and alter the fate of Veldoria forever. Will they emerge victorious against the malevolent Muk and restore peace to their cherished lands, or will darkness consume them, plunging Veldoria into an everlasting nightmare? The fate of the realm lies in their hands.

I saw your recent update claiming major changes to the game. However, I am saddened to see see that sometime after my initial review, you put a price tag on this before actually fixing anything. Now, I'm not certain if you did actually fix anything or just say you did while hiding behind a price tag.

Why is a demo costing money when a demo is about showcasing a potential? Why would a consumer need to pay in order to test the waters to see if you game is something they actually want?

Oh, I did make changes and you can playtest this for free, sir! This is actually Early Access just like on Steam. I have worked hard on this game and paid a lot of money for it, probably far more than average for an RPG Maker game, so I think that it's fine to put a cheap price tag on it. I do have my own playtesters, though. But as I said, I can let you playtest it for free. That's not a problem, sir. But perhaps this isn't a demo then?

Is it under a different name on Steam? As when I search for it now, it does not come up there.

And yes, the moment you charge for it, it's no longer a demo. If it's early access, make sure that is clear on everything.

Also, saw your post about getting in touch with me. I did stream this game some time ago. You can reach me at my email askianthedm@gmail.com

All right! Would you like me to give you access to a free copy of it? If so, how? Also, the Steam page isn't live yet. It is because setting it up takes time, I am awaiting its approval, and I may currently need to add a trailer, which I don't have. Would you like me to send you a link to claim? I will also change the writing here from calling it a "demo" to "Early Access."

The game freezes after a certain point of playing the game. I found the issue. My screen frequency is 144hz so the game will randomly freeze. Get this plugin from here and it should be all good https://forums.rpgmakerweb.com/index.php?threads/mac_high_hz_fixes-fixes-for-var...

I've done it! I've added the plugin in my latest update.

Can you help me? Others and I have played this game with this plugin, and yet it causes the game to crash.

I applaud Next Level Gaming for democratizing entertainment by thanklessly providing an RPG Maker game experience to the masses free of charge.
